8.1.8 Edit Property Lists

Myron is packaged with a collection of property lists. The collection can be viewed on the properties display. The display is initiated from the Display menu item.

To add a property list,

create a property list in the algebra display (see §3.3.6). With the property list as the active expression, apply Expressions Persist .

The property-list display shows one description and property list at a time. In addition, any number of property-lists can be marked.

To display a property list and its description,

touch its name in the list on the left.

To rename a property list,

display the property list, then touch .

To remove a property list,

mark the property lists to be removed and touch .

To create a property list,

touch . When no property list is displayed, this action creates a new empty property list. When a property list is displayed, this action creates a duplicate of the displayed list.

To edit a property description,

display the property list and touch .

To save an edited description,

touch . This action is only available if editing mode has been entered via .

To cancel editing,

touch . This action is only available if editing mode has been entered via .

To load marked property lists into the algebra display,

touch .
